There is no start-up
or set-up fee and service starts within 24 hours of completing
the sign up form. You can cancel at any time. We bill
to a credit card unless you want to be billed quarterly,
semiannually, or annually. (Call us at 579-1990.) Users
have access to a web page to change personal bill-to account
information. You can also send us billing information
through our feedback form or via email (see Contacts page).
E-mail is included
in your dial-up account. You can set up additional mailboxes
yourself, 4 additional are free, $1/month for each over
that.
Speedspan does
not supply software for your computer. The software that
came with your computer and modem for connecting to the
internet (Dialup, PPP, and TCP/IP), and the e-mail client
software, should be sufficient to access SpeedSpan services.

The service area
is the greater Cincinnati tri-state area that includes
parts of Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and South Eastern
Indiana. If you can make a toll free and un-timed and

then you are in our primary service area.
