The junk email and virus protection is an automated process. Nobody will read your email. Your email is not censored, and you can control the important filter settings.

	1.	Your email passes through SpeedSpan's automated filters that detect suspected junk e-mail and viruses. Emails containing viruses are deleted.

	2.	Email that exceeds your designated threshold is directed to your personal "Held Messages" area. It does not arrive at your computer's inbox. Think of this as a quarantine area. In your Held Messages you can review the quarantined e-mail online, delete it, or deliver (forward) it to your inbox. Additional information.

	3.	Unless you set Held Messages to "Never Hold", you should (especially for a new account) review your Held Messages often because you will find messages there that you want to receive.

	4.	You can Delete, Release, or Allow Held Messages. Released messages go to your Inbox. Allowed messages not only go to your inbox, but all email from that sender will be routed to your inbox in the future regardless of content. (That sender goes into your Friends list.)
