  Where can I find out who is "hitting" my website??

Traffic to websites hosted at SpeedSpan is summarized on a daily basis by Webalizer. Webalizer summarizes statistics for hits, visits, referring pages, etc. (See example.) You can find out what these terms mean by consulting the FAQ in this section about Webalizer.

To see the Webalizer report for your site, there are two approaches. The first is to type into your browser the location "http://www.yourdomain.com/webalizer/" substituting your domain name, and being very careful to include the trailing slash at the end. You will then have to enter the account ID given to you (it will have 8 or fewer lower-case characters) and the account password.

The second way is to click "Account Review" above and then click "webhosting accounts." After you enter your domain name and account password in the blanks, click the "View Stats" button. You may have to supply the account ID and password as mentioned in the first method above.

You will see a page like the one below. You can review statistics for any month (or this month, up to yesterday) by clicking in the Month column of the table.
