  How do I set an Out-of-Office reply?  
 
 
   
1. Out of Office Reply

Go to the SpeedSpan Home page and log in to webmail. Choose Options and then click "Forwarding / Auroresponders / Holiday Settings". (You can use the Admin button to log in, in which case you would click the "Forwarding" button.)

The next screen includes an "Automatic response" box like this:

Click the top box (Enable Responder) when ready.  Have a Message Subject and Body ready to go. Consider the other options, which are OK as is.

You might (on the same screen) want to forward all incoming mail to somewhere or someone else.

Be sure to click Save.
