Multiple
Users:
To have multiple email accounts in Netscape,
you need to set up different user profiles.
First, quit Netscape. On a Mac, go to the
folder ("Netscape 4.xxx") where
Netscape Communicator resides, and find
an application there called "User Profile
Manager" or similar. Double click this
application, and add a profile for another
user by clicking "New" and filling
in the information.
In Windows, use the Start menu and go
to the Programs and find the Netscape applications.
Then look under Utilities for the User Profile
Manager. Click New and fill in the information.
You will probably need to complete the configuration
as above after Netscape starts.
For normal use, double click either the
"User Profile Manager" or the
"Communicator" or an alias of
either. Because you have multiple users,
you will have to select your user profile,
and click Start. |
