  What number do I call / Where can I call from ?  
 
 
   
1. The service area is the greater Cincinnati tri-state area that includes parts of Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and South Eastern Indiana. If you can make a toll free and un-timed and un-counted local call to 859.547.1415 (Do not dial 1 first if in Cincinnati Bell area.) then you are in our primary service area. This number is in the 513 area code.

Phone service has become complex and individualized. We can't keep up with all the custom calling plans, cell phone services, PCS calling area, roaming, free-minutes, measured-rate plans, and all the exceptions that the phone companies offer.

We can not guarantee nor promise nor warrant that the phone you are calling from will actually be a free call to this number. Investigate and call your telephone service provider if you have any concern about phone charges when calling our service number.

If you have difficulty connecting to the modem pool at 859.547.1415 (Do not dial 1 first if in Cincinnati Bell area.), it may be the type of modem you are using. We do have an alternative procedure for dealing with modem mismatches. Call us at 579-1990 for assistance.
